My entrepreneurial journey began with a spirit of curiosity, a powerful driving force that propelled my brothers and I to venture into the unknown and explore new territories.

Our first venture, Catch 22, was a pioneering cycle courier company in the UK, inspired by New York's thriving courier scene. We identified a gap in the local market and filled it with a service that was already successful elsewhere. Having peers who were traveling the world bring back stories help us have a global perspective.

Our passion for music and creativity led us to our second venture, Fresh Four, a DJ outfit we started at a young age. The influence of the movie "Wild Style" transformed our lives, teaching us resourcefulness, which led to the transformation of a scout hut into our base where we held monthly parties establishing ourselves in the Bristol music landscape.

A significant milestone in our journey was the creation of the track "Wishing on a Star" with Smith & Mighty. This venture not only put the Bristol sound on the map but also solidified our career path in music and the world of entertainment. It showcased our ability to collaborate and create something unique and successful.

Because of an innovative spirit and hard work, our bold step into the world of music, labels, production and events, led to the establishment of Full Cycle records. Despite the challenges and uncertainties, we dove in headfirst, giving birth to a new genre of music and a new business model. Full Cycle records' success, including winning the Mercury Music Prize in 1997 as well many other accolades.

Health and wellness became a major factor after years of touring and late nights. So I started Disruptive Patterns, a lifestyle consultancy because I needed to scratch my own itch. I noticed there was no lifestyle coaching for the creative industry. The ability to adapt, identify and address a need in the market came from my own needs first.

The focus on health and wellness for artists was a timely and important initiative. Following this, my partner and I noticed another trend in health and wellness and decided to channel our passion into starting a CBD oil company. This venture was a natural progression of our commitment to promoting health and wellness and everything that I'd learnt started to bear fruit.

Throughout my journey, there has always been a stepping stone to the next place as well as someone there to guide me, to help me when I most needed it. The universe has a funny way of providing us with the support we need when we need it most.

5. Follow Your Passion: Your passion is your greatest asset. It will drive you to keep going even when things get tough. Never lose sight of what you love.
