By doing this, we can tap into the flow state, which allows us to access the 94-96% of our available awareness and consciousness that is not normally accessible.
In this state, we can access our unconscious behavior and the inspiration to take action. We can also practice certain skills and activities until they become instinctual, which can lead to moments of magic when we’re in the flow. When we’re creating something, we can get out of our own way and allow the natural flow to take over. We can do this by going into a meditative state before we start, by doing deep breathing, and by lighting incense.
By calming down and allowing flow, we can access our deepest potential and create something powerful and meaningful. It is a process that requires practice and patience, but the rewards are worth it.
